1. Returns:

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

TrendoMAX reserves the right to reduce the return amount by up to 50% of the value of the product if it is not returned in its original condition or packaging.

2. Exchanges:

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant. To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer support team at [support@trendomax.com] with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the preferred replacement.
  • Our team will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on where to send the item.

Once we receive the item to be exchanged and inspect its condition, we will ship out the replacement item.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry
  • Cosmetics and beauty products

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

TrendoMAX is not responsible for any damage or defect that occurs during the shipping process. We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide detailed information and photos of the damaged or defective item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
